About this role
Reporting to the executive committee, you own our development and production platform.
What you will do
Cloud migration — lead the move of our workloads to OVHcloud on a Kubernetes architecture (containerisation, Helm, autoscaling, ingress).
CI/CD — make our pipelines dependable and industrial, automate deployments, secure the chain (tests, IaC, reproducible environments).
Green IT / GreenOps — measure and reduce the environmental footprint of our computing: consumption instrumentation, carbon and energy indicators, FinOps, resource optimisation.
Application consolidation — structure and stabilise the work in progress (Python, React, Next.js): quality, debt reduction, standardisation, observability.
Self-hosted LLMs — help deploy and operate self-hosted language models (on-premise inference, lightweight MLOps).
Scientific computing support — help physicists optimise their computations (profiling, parallelisation, hardware and cloud sizing).
Who we are looking for
Essential
- Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD
- IaC (Terraform, Ansible), Linux, Git
- Cloud, ideally OVHcloud or another sovereign provider
- Python development; comfortable reading JS/TS (React, Next.js)
Valued / sets you apart
- GreenOps and footprint measurement
- Self-hosted LLMs (Ollama, vLLM, quantisation) and MLOps fundamentals
- Scientific computing / HPC (MPI, NumPy/SciPy, profiling, GPU)
- A solid scientific grounding, enough to hold a real conversation with physicists

Minimum experience: 4 years. Executive status (statut cadre). Starting as soon as possible.
